Your role
- Understand the business objectives of the agency's clients, propose a strategic plan to achieve them, and support them in carrying it out
- Develop and ensure a trusting relationship with the agency's clients.
- Analyze performance and discuss issues.
- Provide regular recommendations to optimize current actions (campaigns, emails, website, landing pages...).
- Monitor the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
- Support team members’ growth, organize brainstorming, trainings, provide technical or strategic support when needed.
ideal profile
What we are looking for
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in digital strategy
- Desire to work in a dynamic environment
- Rigour, attention to detail and initiative
- Good organization and management of priorities
- In-depth knowledge of advertising campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Very good web culture and a strong affinity for all things digital
- Writing and communication skills
- Bilingual (excellent command of French and English both orally and in writing)
