  • Understand the business objectives of the agency’s clients, propose a strategic plan to achieve them, and accompany them in its realization.<\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and ensure a trusting relationship with the agency’s clients.<\/span><\/li>
  • Analyze performance and discuss issues…<\/span><\/li>
  • Provide regular recommendations to optimize current actions (campaigns, emails, website, landing pages…).<\/span><\/li>
  • Accompany team members in their evolution, organize brainstorming, trainings, provide technical or strategic support when needed.<\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    To be successful in this position, you must be \/ have<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t

    • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field ;<\/span><\/li>
    • 2-5 years of experience in digital strategy<\/span><\/li>
    • Desire to work in a dynamic environment ;<\/span><\/li>
    • Rigour, attention to detail and initiative;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Good organization and management of priorities;<\/span><\/li>
    • In-depth knowledge of advertising campaign platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)<\/span><\/li>
    • Very good web culture and a strong affinity for all things digital<\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work in a team;<\/span><\/li>
    • Writing and communication skills;<\/span><\/li>
    • Bilingual (excellent command of French and English both orally and in writing).<\/span><\/li>
